Itinerary
- Day 1A timeless Sunset tour
3:15 pm: Your guide will meet you in the lobby of your hotel and bring you by minivan to our speedboat at Bach Dang pier.
3:45 pm: Set sail on our boat and sip on cocktails as you relax while watching the bustling, historic city from the water. Explore winding canals and tributaries in a setting similar to the Mekong Delta, with traditional riverside landscapes and lush jungle expenses before watching the city’s skyline beautifully lit up at the sunset.
While there are many places to watch the sunset in Saigon, there is no better way to enjoy the views than being out on the water with nothing between you and the sun slipping below the horizon. Watch as the skies and clouds turn into a beautiful and colorful array of pink, orange, with hints of purple, and in the moment where the sun finally disappears from view.
4:45 pm: Arrive back at Bach Dang pier. Saigon River Cruise’ staff will transfer you back to your hotel.

- Food and drinks (unless specified), gratuities (optional), surcharge for halal meal options (if required).

- Child under 12 years old: 75% of adult fare
Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy for deposited Tours:
- If you cancel your booking, your deposit will not be refunded
- If you are a “no-show” on the morning of the trip, for whatever reason, you will lose your deposit
Cancellation policy for full charged Tours:
- Up to 48 hours before the start of the activity: 50% refund
- Less than 48 hours before the start of the activity or in the event of a no-show: no refund
- Flight delayed, food poisoning, getting sick unable to attend tour. Under those circumstances, we agree to reschedule your start date with an additional charge of 50% of the total tour cost
- The refund is done using the same payment method. In the event of credit cards which are charged monthly, the amount shall be credited at the end of the current invoicing period. The exact time of the refund depends on the user’s credit card agreement. The refund by bank transfer shall be done within seven bank working days.

How long in advance is it reasonable to book a flight ticket?
You can book a flight ticket as early or as late as you like, but to be able to hunt for cheap tickets to reduce costs. Normally, for domestic tours, you can book tickets at least 2-3 weeks in advance, and for international flights, you should book tickets 1 to 2 months in advance. Absolutely do not book a flight ticket within 24 hours before the flight, you will not be able to get a good price and will have very few options.
When should you book a tour?
The best time to book a tour is when you are ready for your trip, consult the prices of travel agencies, and choose a reputable travel agency to make your flight as convenient and safe as possible.
What should you do when your luggage is delayed?
When you have arrived at the airport but your luggage has not yet reached the conveyor belt, the first thing you should do is contact the airline staff, they will help you check the luggage code and help you retrieve your luggage.
